Sell to the customers you supply, from the same system that runs your warehouse
Your own wholesale webshop
Dockolo gives every customer you supply a branded webshop with their own agreed prices and live stock — and gives your team the pricing, picking, dispatch and invoicing behind it. One system, one product record, nothing to synchronise.
One product record
From purchase through to sale, with nothing to reconcile between systems.
Stock held, not checked
Reserved the moment an order is submitted, so the last case cannot be sold twice.
Your branding
Your logo, your colours and your own web address — never ours.
One licence
Covers both the staff module and the customer storefront.
Who it is for
Built for wholesalers and distributors
Dockolo is for wholesalers, distributors and importers of any kind — food and drink, packaging, equipment, consumables, spare parts. Your customers are independent businesses that buy from you, not sites you own.
It fits you if your buyers still order by phone, email or spreadsheet; if you agree different prices with different customers; if one buyer orders for several sites in a group; or if your warehouse and your order desk keep two versions of the truth.
It is most proven in food and drink, where Bazaro started — which is why batch, expiry and storage temperature are first-class here. None of it is specific to food, and none of it gets in the way if you sell something else.
For your customers
A webshop that looks like yours, not like ours
Your customers sign in to a shop carrying your logo, your colours and your own web address. They never see a supplier's branding, and they never see another customer's prices.
- Their own pricesEvery product priced for that customer, that site, or that tier.
- Only what you can actually supplyThe catalogue shows products that are priced and in stock — nothing else.
- Filter a large catalogueBy category, brand and attributes such as storage temperature, with article numbers on every line.
- Quick order by article numberPaste numbers and quantities — how experienced buyers really order.
- Saved templates"My Tuesday order" applied and repriced in one click, reporting anything it had to skip.
- Reorder from historyAny past order repeated at today's prices.
- Checkout that explains itselfDelivery method, payment method, freight and totals before they commit, then a confirmation.
- SafeguardsConfirm before sending, a warning on a duplicate delivery, and recall of an order just placed.
- Their own teamCustomers invite and remove their own users, so you are not the help desk for their staff turnover.
- On a phoneThe whole shop works on mobile.
- Short-date and clearance sellingComingA clear-out section driven by real batch expiry, turning stock you would write off into stock you sell. The data feed is built; the shop section is in development.
- Richer catalogue filteringComingYour own product tags, and a category level above your supplier categories. In development.
Pricing and offers
However you price, Dockolo can express it
Prices live in price lists, and the right list is resolved for every order line at the moment it is priced. The most specific level wins.
- Four levelsA price for everyone, for a customer tier, for one customer, or for a single delivery point.
- Volume bandsCheaper at ten cases than at one, on the same list.
- Price generationsA new price takes effect from a date you choose, and the old one stays for history and for earlier orders.
- Percentage lists"Our standard, minus four percent" instead of re-keying thousands of articles.
- Several currenciesPrice lists hold a price per currency, with minimum order, freight and free-shipping thresholds set per currency too.
- Never a wrong priceA product without a price is not sellable, and the shop says so — it never falls back to zero or to another customer's price.
Offers sit above the price list without disturbing it, so your agreed prices stay your commercial record.
- Fixed campaign pricePer product, per currency.
- Percentage offTaken off the resolved price.
- Amount offIn the offer's own currency.
- Buy n, get m freeEarned as the basket is built, so the buyer sees it while deciding, and recalculated whenever they change quantities.
- TargetedAt everyone, a price list, a tier, one customer, or a single delivery point.
- Temporary volume breaksComingA fifth offer type, leaving the underlying price ladder untouched. In development.
And when a free item runs short, you choose what happens: drop the free line and ship the paid order, refuse the order, or reduce the paid quantity so the ratio holds. Paid goods always come first.
The warehouse
A real warehouse system, not a picking list
The order that arrives from the shop lands in the warehouse you already run.
- Stock is held on submit, not merely checkedAvailability is real stock minus every open reservation, read under a lock — so two customers can never be sold the same last case.
- Scan-verified pickingA wrong product is refused at the scan, not corrected on the invoice a week later.
- Pick locationsSo a sensible route through the warehouse is possible.
- Pallets, roll cages and boxesReal objects, packed and dispatched as units.
- Batch, lot and expiryCarried onto what you ship.
- Several deliveries per orderAn order can ship in drops and still produce one invoice.
- A status flow that cannot be brokenReserved, picking, picked, packed, dispatched, invoiced — with picking reversible and cancellation allowed up to packed. Illegal moves are refused by the system, not by a rule someone has to remember.
- Returns are two decisions, and we ask bothWhat the customer is credited, and what happens to the goods — back into stock, or written off as waste. Either way your stock value is right the same evening.
Customers and people
A customer is not one person, and not one address
- CustomersThe legal buyer you invoice, with VAT number, addresses and payment terms.
- Customer tiersGroup customers to price them together, and target offers at the group.
- Delivery pointsEvery site that receives goods, each with its own address, delivery days and price list.
- BuyersPeople who sign in, linked to as many delivery points as they order for. A regional manager sees six sites; a site manager sees one.
- Invitations and password resetsYour staff can trigger them, or the customer can handle it themselves.
- Separate from your staff entirelyCustomers sign in on their own identity plane with their own token type — there is no role there to promote them into, so no configuration mistake can put a customer inside your back office.
Configuration
Around thirty settings, and most can differ per customer
Set it once for your shop, then override it for a single customer. Leave a customer's field empty and they follow your value — so you configure the exception, never the whole set again.
- Shop layoutImage-led browsing, a dense reorder list, or category-led. This picks which screens get built, and it can differ per customer.
- Out of stock behaviourBlock the line, accept it as a backorder, or hide the product.
- Price displayExcluding VAT, including VAT, or both.
- Minimum order, freight and free shippingSet per currency.
- Order cutoff time"Order before 14:00 for next-day delivery."
- Delivery daysPlus single-date exceptions for holidays and stock-take days.
- Payment methodsInvoice, card or bank transfer. A customer can be restricted to fewer, never given more.
- Free-goods shortfall policyPer shop, or per customer.
- BrandingDisplay name, logo upload, primary and accent colour, applied as the shop loads.
- Your own domainOr the permanent shop address we give you. More than one domain can point at the same shop.
- Freight rate-shoppingComingCompare carrier rates across carriers at checkout. In development.
- Invoice delivery you controlComingNothing, email, Peppol, or both, set per customer. In development.
How it fits the platform
It reads your warehouse directly. There is nothing to synchronise.
Dockolo is a module of the Bazaro platform, not a separate application. It reads the same product, supplier, stock and customer records that KitchenFlow and InvoiceIQ use.
There is no wholesale product catalogue to maintain. A product is sellable when it is priced and in stock — so you add it once, stock it, price it, and it is in the shop. Take the stock away and the shop stops offering it on the same request. No publish step, no export, no nightly job, and no stock figure that can disagree with itself.
One licence covers both the staff module and the customer storefront. One login for your team across every module, with access granted by job rather than by screen.
For IT
Everything is available over the API
- 196 endpointsCovering the whole module. REST over HTTPS, JSON.
- Its own API documentationSeparate from the rest of the platform, so your team reads only what applies.
- One call answers the pricing questionWhat this buyer pays for this product, at this quantity, on this date — and which price list and offer produced the figure.
- Scoped to your company at the data layerEvery read and write, not by a filter a caller could forget to add.
- Seven languagesFor platform messages and error codes.
ERP and bookkeeping
Plug it into the ERP you already run
Dockolo posts into the accounting or ERP system you already run, so a dispatched order becomes an invoice and an invoice becomes a bookkeeping entry without anyone re-typing it. No CSV exports, no spreadsheet reconciliation, no month-end catch-up.
- The invoice raises itselfOnce an order is dispatched the invoice is raised in your accounting system — queued, so a slow ERP never holds up the warehouse.
- One invoice per orderEven when the order shipped in several drops, and a return produces a credit note against the original invoice.
- Your own number seriesInvoices, invoice lines, number series and delivery records live in Dockolo too, so your team can work an invoice without leaving the system.
- Nothing to re-keyThe same product, supplier, stock and customer records feed the shop, the warehouse and the ledger.
- Electronic invoicing over PeppolComingThe network connection is already live for incoming supplier invoices; sending customer invoices out is specified and in development. Included in your plan when it ships, not charged as an add-on.
- Invoicing on any accounting systemComingMaking the invoice model provider-neutral opens outgoing invoicing to the other ten integrations the platform already supports. In development.
- You choose who owns the invoice numberComingYour accounting system, or Dockolo's own unbroken series — and whether we push an order or a ready-to-book invoice. In development.
- Orders arriving as documentsComingWhere your customer also runs Bazaro, their purchase order could arrive in your shop without anyone typing it, and your invoice could land in their accounts payable already matched. In development.

Outgoing customer invoicing runs on Fortnox today. The other connections are live for incoming supplier invoices, and extending outgoing invoicing to them is active work. Which of them is relevant depends on your market — ask us and we will tell you exactly where your system stands.
