The Bazaro connector gives Claude access to InvoiceIQ, KitchenFlow and Bazaro contracts and e-signatures. Ask questions about your business and have Claude carry out the work in Bazaro, with your permissions.

Connect in four steps

Find Bazaro
Open the connector directory in Claude and search for Bazaro.

Sign in
Click connect and sign in with your Bazaro account.

Choose a company
If you belong to more than one company, choose the one Claude may access. You then see the permissions you are granting, based on your role in that company. Each company is connected separately.

Start asking
Start a new chat and ask Claude about your business.
What you need
- A Bazaro subscription with the AI module switched on for your company. If the AI module is switched off, the connector stops working for that company.
- A Claude plan that supports connectors. Which plans include connectors is decided by Anthropic, so check Anthropic's website.

You stay in control
- Your permissions, one company at a timeClaude acts as you, in the one company you chose, and can only see and change what your role in that company allows.
- You approve changesBefore Claude approves an invoice, sends an order or changes data, it shows you the action and asks you to confirm, unless you have chosen to always allow it.
- Secure sign-inYou sign in with your Bazaro account. Claude never sees your password.
- Disconnect at any timeIn Bazaro, go to Profile → Connected apps and disconnect one company or all of them. You can also remove the connector in the Claude settings.
Bazaro only sends Claude the data needed to answer your request. Anthropic handles that data under its own terms. How Bazaro handles your data is described in our privacy policy.
