Built around the month-end count
Most of what changed in the Bazaro app this autumn has one goal: make the stock count at the end of the month faster, and the numbers behind it easier to trust. A count is only as good as what happened between two counts: goods that arrived, goods that moved, goods that were thrown away. October's releases close those gaps. All of it is part of KitchenFlow's stock and waste tools.
Stock In and Stock Out
Not every delivery comes with an order, and not every product leaves through a sale. Stock In and Stock Out let you register goods coming into or going out of a storage by counting them, just as you would in a stock count. A delivery from the local bakery, a crate sent to an event, a batch returned to the supplier: count it, and the storage balance follows.
You find both under Stock on the Inventory page.
Stock Move: one step between storages
If you run a cold room, a dry store and a bar, goods move between them every day. With Stock Move you choose the products, the storage they leave and the storage they arrive in, and the move is done in one step. Each storage keeps the right balance without anyone reconciling it afterwards.
Transfers have also become more forgiving. You can now finish a transfer even when items are left in Not Controlled, after confirming. One missing crate no longer holds up the rest of the delivery.
Waste in fewer taps
Waste only gets recorded when recording it is quick. Picking a waste reason is now easier, and the reason categories scroll with arrows, so the right reason is never hidden off screen. Better reasons give you a waste report that shows why food is thrown away, not only how much.
A tidier Inventory page and a new Home
The Inventory page is now grouped into four parts: Stock, Waste, Transfer and Products. Everything to do with counting lives in one place.
The new Home shows live count cards and an activity feed. A manager opening the app sees where the counts stand and what the team has registered, without opening each session.
Made for tablets
Many kitchens count on a tablet in the storeroom. The app now has new layouts made for tablets, and barcode scanning works better, so most of a count is scanning and confirming. If you run more than one venue, press and hold the Back arrow to jump back to any page or switch company.
